Eating healthy requires reducing the consumption of excess fat, sugar and starch. Many experts suggest eating 5 small meals a day as opposed to 3 meals a day. Five smaller meals helps to prevent cravings, sugar highs and lows, mid-afternoon fatigue and hunger pangs. If you do not already know, eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily and control the portions of food you eat. Portion control seems to be an issue for many. At all costs, avoid eating until you are stuffed and bloated.

Toddlers are always busy, and sometimes the best health and fitness tips we can offer you is to try to keep up with them. Run around at the park, take them for a nature walk, or if you really want to burn some major calories and tone up muscle, put them on your back. With a comfortable backpack you can carry around your little one until they are fifty pounds.

This is just about the simplest way to help your body lose fat through exercise. Most people have stairs in their home or the building that they live in. So walk up and down them. But THE KEY is to do this for 10 minutes NON-STOP. I don't care how often you walk up and down stairs as of right now. You need to make it a workout by doing it non-stop.
